The Carmi Public Library will also hold a story hour that same day at 1 pm with Santa as a special guest.

Santa will also be visiting with children in his house at Veteran’s Park throughout the remainder of the season. December 10, 11, and 17 he will be in his house from 2-5pm. December 18, 20 and 22 he will be in his house from 6-9pm.
“The Carmi Chamber of Commerce would like to thank everyone for their participation in and help with this year’s It’s a White County Christmas. We would also like to encourage you to remember our local merchants as you finish your Christmas shopping,” noted Chamber Executive Director Holly Healy. WRUL was the Official Media Partner for this year’s event.
