City Clerk Cynthia Attebury stated at that time, a review of the Mutual Medical Plans, LLC as well as Carmi Community Clinic utilization would be done. Mr. Andreas presented the renewal options for the City of Carmi for the third party administration. He recommended renewal option B, which would raise the individual stop loss deductible to $45,000 from $42,500 but would be a 0% increase to the City of Carmi. Option A would be to maintain the individual deductible at $42,500 with a 3% increase for a total increase yearly amount of $10,525. After discussion, a motion was made by Alderman Headlee to adopt renewal B option in the amount of $45,000. The motion was seconded by Alderman Headlee.
