3. Approve March 29, 2022, Council Meeting Minutes.
4. Approve March 2022 Financial Reports for the City of Carmi and Light & Water Departments.
5. Approve and authorize April 2022 vendor invoices for the City of Carmi and Light & Water Departments.
6. For council consideration, discussion and possible approval:
   1. Kelly Northcott, Chamber Director, to request donation for the annual 4^th of July fireworks display.
   2. Ordinance #1587: Amendment to zoning ordinance #778 for the City of Carmi, Illinois (tabled from previous two meetings).
   3. Pay request to Kiefer Brothers Construction Co, Inc. for $158,553.00. for the 7^th Street Sanitary Sewer Project.
   4. Reappointment of Nancy J. Winter to the Police Pension Fund Board for a term of two (2) years beginning May 1, 2022 until April 30, 2024.
   5. Ordinance #1589:  An ordinance to amend Ordinance 492 and City Code 1-8-2 regarding designated depositories for the City of Carmi.

7. Greg Brown, Airport Manager, to give an update regarding activities at the Carmi Municipal Airport.
