4. Approve January 2019 Financial Reports for the City of Carmi and Light & Water Departments.
5. Approve and authorize February 2020 vendor invoices for the City of Carmi and Light & Water Departments.
6. For council consideration, discussion and possible approval:
   1. Pay request for Brown and Roberts at Carmi Airport.
   2. Requesting the Council to permit the City of Carmi to add a 3^rd class G liquor licenses for A & S Enterprises 
   3. Purchase of a new Dodge Ram for the Police Department.
7. Reports and/or updates from Mayor Pollard
8. Reports from Standing Committees.
9. Business or comments from visitors.
10. Closed Session to discuss property and personnel issues with no action to follow.
