1. Public Hearing Regarding the 2020 Budgets and Appropriations.

2. Call to order by Mayor Pollard, Invocation and Pledge of Allegiance.

3. Roll Call.

4. Approve March 3, 2020, Council Meeting Minutes.

5. Approve February 2020 Financial Reports for the City of Carmi and Light & Water Departments.

6. Approve and authorize March 2020 vendor invoices for the City of Carmi and Light & Water Departments.

7. For council consideration, discussion and possible approval:

• Keith Botsch to present Ordinance 1564; An ordinance for the annual appropriations for the City of Carmi, Illinois, for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2020 and ending December 31, 2020.
• Ordinance 1563; An ordinance amending ordinance No. 1529 and specifically Section 3-2-7, Article F (classes of licenses, fees and number).
• Mayor Pollard will ask the council for authorization to seek sealed bids for a tractor to be used in the Parks Department. 
• Brown and Roberts:  Discussion of potential 8^th Street area sanitary sewer project.
