- Ordinance 1587: Amendment to zoning ordinance #778 for the City of Carmi, IL Residential (Zone IV) to business (Zone II) 637 Oak Street.
- Pay request to Brown and Roberts, Inc for $27,747.24 for design engineering for maintenance rehab of runway and taxiway; crack seal, seal cost and remarking.
- Ordinance 1585; An ordinance authorizing and providing for the issue of not to exceed $3,250,000.00 General Obligation Bonds (Electric System Alternate Revenue Source), of the City of Carmi, White County, Illinois, for the purpose of improving the electric system of said City and refunding certain outstanding bonds of said City, prescribing all the details of said bonds, and providing for the collection, segregation and distribution of the revenues of the electric system of said City.
- Ordinance 1586; An ordinance authorizing and providing for the issue of not to exceed $1,500,000.00 General Obligation Bonds (Alternate Revenue Source), of the City of Carmi, White County, Illinois, for the purpose of refunding certain outstanding alternate bonds of said City, and providing for the levy of a direct annual tax sufficient to pay such principal and interest if the pledge revenues are insufficient to make such payments and authorizing the sale of said bonds to the purchaser thereof.
